Fire-rated systems
Glazed partitions and doors with EI 15–EI 60 fire resistance — safety without giving up natural light.
Aluminium fire-rated systems provide integrity (E) and insulation (I) against fire for a set period. Used to separate fire zones, protect escape routes and divide adjoining units.
Fire resistance classes
EI 15, EI 30 and EI 60 — the number is the minutes of maintained integrity and insulation. Intumescent inserts in the profile chambers expand under heat, blocking the spread of fire and smoke.
Doors and screens
Single- and double-leaf doors with self-closers, fire-rated glazing (gel-filled laminated glass), top and side lights. Can integrate with access control and smoke venting.
