Who does PROMOST work with?
We work with architecture studios, general contractors, installation companies and private investors. We deliver single residences as well as commercial projects.
Do you take on unusual projects?
Yes. We specialise in demanding design challenges — large-format glazing, non-standard angles, and integrating multiple systems in a single façade plane.
What does the process from enquiry to installation look like?
Documentation review and pricing, choice of systems and details, a shop drawing, production, delivery, and installation by the PROMOST crew or handover to the investor’s own installer.
Technical questions
What thermal insulation do your windows achieve?
In premium variants the Uf coefficient goes down to 0.5 W/m²K, and the whole-window Uw to about 0.8 W/m²K — passive-house level. The exact figure depends on the glazing and the size of the construction.
What colours are the profiles available in?
The full RAL palette, structural finishes, wood-effect and anodised finishes. Different colours inside and outside are possible (bi-colour).
Do PROMOST systems have the required tests and approvals?
Yes. Fire-rated and smoke vent systems carry fire classifications and approvals, and the remaining systems have declarations of performance in line with harmonised standards.
Delivery and service
How long does an order take?
It depends on the scope and system — after reviewing the documentation we provide a binding production and installation schedule.
Do you offer post-warranty service?
Yes, we provide adjustment and post-warranty service for joinery supplied by PROMOST.
